who i am!

I’m a wife, a mom (5 kids, 2 cats, and a dog), a board certified registered nurse, certified triathlon and health coach, certified triathlon and swimming official, and a seasoned triathlete.

Many years ago, I stumbled into the extraordinary world of triathlon and fell in love with the sport. I’ve participated in countless triathlons, from super-sprints to full Ironman races. When I started, I hadn’t swum in years, didn’t own a bike, and could barely run a mile. I had all the self-doubting fears that plague us as humans – what if I didn’t finish, what if I was last, what if I looked ridiculous.

But, with guidance and support on my journey, I overcame my fears and tackled my challenges to cross that finish line. Now, I’m on a mission to help you get there too.
